In this job you take the lead in defining product vision for (components of) our product suite to align customer solutions and ensure the establishment of products by our development teams that meet the customers’ needs and create business value to Anywhere365.
Keys to success:
- Analyzing and identifying the customers’ needs and translate these into product roadmaps and strategic product results
- Acting as an ambassador and primary contact for the product, both internally and externally
- Developing and maintaining a prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
- Providing clear, understandable and detailed specifications for product features incl. increments
- Assessing values, developing cases and prioritizing stories, epics and themes to ensure development work focuses on maximum value in line with product strategy
- Managing expectations and ensuring everyone involved in the process is informed on relevant information
A minimum of three years in a similar role with proven results in terms of delivery and customer satisfaction
You are experienced and very comfortable in communicating in English with colleagues
You are a very strong communicator and know which strategy works best to achieve dialogue purpose with your audience
You fully understand fundamental end-to-end customer experience, integration and (inter)dependencies
You are a strong and effective collaborator and know how to balance and represent both team- and customer’s perspectives and needs
You know what it’s like to work for a high growth company and are responsive to rapid change
You show intrinsic interest in learning and understanding the technologies used in the products
Must have skills & Education:
- Applied science degree, preferably in IT/Business
- Affinity with Information Technology
- Highly developed English communication skills
- Workflow concepts & frameworks
It would be an advantage if you are:
- Strong developed Dutch communication skills
- Experienced with contact center software
- Affinity with APIs and (CRM) integrations
