The job

For our expanding 2000+ global customer base, we are looking for energetic Project-, Program Manager that will be responsible for a smooth delivery of our global (remote) deployments. You will oversee and manage the entire delivery of the Anywhere365 Dialogue Management platform at our customers and act as a trusted advisor for partners. You will work within a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and engage directly with our Engineers, Expert Consultants and other Project-, Program managers to ensure a timely delivery within scope and within budget. You are eager to work in an international environment with the coolest customers and projects you can imagine. Occasional travel may be required but is not customary. We challenge you to enhance our team with your unique capabilities.

Knowledge and experience must haves:

• You hold a relevant BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science
• A minimum of 7 years work experience in similar positions
• Proven track record of leading implementation projects of ISV products
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively within an ICT product delivery organization
• A self-starter, proactive, accurate and organized team player with excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of Unified Communications environments; Teams- and/or contact center knowledge is a plus
• Fluency in English, spoken and written is required
• Dutch, French or any other major language is a plus
