Mobile integration

Anywhere365 supports both mobile phones as well as smart phones with Skype for Business Mobile. The presence status on the mobile phone indicates whether Anywhere365 should push calls or forward chats to the call agent. If the status is busy Anywhere365 will keep the calls or chats within the queue, and as soon as the presence state changes to available they will be forwarded to the agent’s mobile phone. This functionality is not available in Skype for Business Response Groups and can only be added if Anywhere365 is combined with Skype for Business.
