Independent supplier of Dialogue Management software and Universal Contact Center solutions spreads its wings to the U.S. opening up an office in Boston

 

Rotterdam/Boston, May 21, 2014 - Workstreampeople, developer and supplier of Enterprise Anywhere365® Dialogue Management software and Contact Center platform for Microsoft Lync, will open an office in Boston, Massachusetts. Based in Boston, the Dutch company will take its first steps on the North American market.

 

Workstreampeople, with Anywhere365® delivers an intelligent, real-time dialogue management platform for Microsoft Lync Server 2010, Microsoft Lync 2013 and Lync Online. Workstreampeople is already active in Belgium, Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

 

Microsoft Lync provides businesses with an integrated communication platform. Workstreampeople completes the offering from Microsoft Lync with Anywhere365®. As a locally installed or cloud -based work management solution Anywhere365® is able to easily manage all dialogues which are conducted through email , chat , web chat , voice, video , web forms and more .
