It was pretty exciting for us to award 30 official Anywhere365 Ambassadors last month! In this blog post, our partner marketing manager Loira Browning, takes a trip down memory lane. She discusses why we started our Ambassador Program, how we organized our first-ever annual Ambassador Event and what future we see together with these 30 amazing people from all over the world.
Ambassadors: A Close Relationship
In April 2022 we launched our Anywhere365 Partnership Program, to empower our partners to market, sell, implement and support our Dialogue Management solutions around the world. We developed the Program together with our partners. Our all-encompassing Framework is designed for them to differentiate their brand, take advantage of growth opportunities, gain competitive advantages and optimize their performance.
The Program was well-received, which encouraged us to take a next step. We saw that a group of people really wanted to go the extra mile with us. Our Ambassador Program came to life. Not only to reward these people for their dedication and commitment, but also for a closer working relationship with a key group of people. This program allows us to generate more direct feedback loops and ensures we are responding to market developments and keep going in the right direction.
The First 30 Anywhere365 Ambassadors
After opening ambassador nominations last summer we received over 100 names! This confirmed what we already knew: our partner network contains some truly knowledgeable and enthusiastic people. However, to make this community exclusive, we had to scrutinize the list. We reviewed each nomination carefully and were very happy to award 30 Ambassadors in 2022.
If you want, you can find the full list of Anywhere365 Ambassadors at the end of this article.
Our First-Ever Anywhere365 Ambassador Summit
An important goal with this group of people, is for them to feel connected and welcomed into the Anywhere365 team. We invited our Ambassadors for a two day in-person event at our HQ, so that they could meet the people behind the names within Anywhere365, as well as each other, see how we live and breathe, get insider knowledge of our roadmap and get a better feel of the organization they have chosen to partner with. On top of that, Microsoft presented some interesting and exciting updates on our strategic relationship and joint roadmap.
To compensate all the hard work, we held an awards dinner at the end of the first day. And though what happened in Rotterdam stays in Rotterdam, I can assure you it was great fun! Hangovers were no excuse: we started the second day with a water taxi excursion from our hotel to the Euromast. If you ever come to Rotterdam, this is a must see: a 360 degree view of Rotterdam from 180 meters up! Ever enjoyed lunch more than a football field above ground? We did!
Not Just a Recognition
A month away from the event, my heart is still full. It was great to witness how new friendships were forged and to feel the sense of community. Our team and Ambassadors were collaborating on ideas, integrations, and even advanced scenarios from their own practice to truly build better dialogues together. Showing that our Ambassador Program goes way beyond just a recognition!
We received great direct feedback on our product roadmap, requested features, service improvements, cloud tooling and marketing initiatives. All this allowed us to build an approach that will support Partners and their customers even better in the near future!
