This week marks the launch of our new Partnership Program. As the Global Head of Partnerships, I am incredibly proud of the team who has been working tirelessly – for months – on thinking out and delivering every tiny detail. We are committed to empowering our partners, from strategy through to execution. The Program provides them with everything they need to sell, implement and support Anywhere365® solutions around the world.
The Partnership Framework
What’s specifically cool is that we have worked closely with Partners on the development of the program. Our all-encompassing Framework is designed for them to differentiate their brands, take advantage of growth opportunities, gain competitive advantages and optimize their performance.
Everything, from the product itself, through to onboarding and the program, is set up to fully support and empower partners. They are central to our business and success, and I’m very confident that this Program will benefit our partners and strengthen our working relationships.
Customers benefit from our partnership, getting the most out of the Dialogue Cloud platform. Especially when it comes to integrations with third-party CRM systems for effortless communication across channels of their choice.

In addition to the Partnership Program, we are launching an Ambassador Program. Partners can nominate members of their technical and sales teams for an accolade that will give both the individual and the organization industry-wide recognition of their knowledge and achievements. We are sure this will add up to your favourability and boost your Anywhere365® practice.
We enjoy the close and open reciprocal partnership with Anywhere365®. We’re standing together to enable our customers in new and better ways of working with Microsoft Teams. Anywhere365® products align perfectly with our vision due to their native integration and roadmap with Microsoft Teams.

Coming up: New Partner Portal
Now that the Program is officially launched, I’d like to already share with you that we will launch our all new Partner portal before Summer 2022. This will be a one-stop self-service hub; not just for sales and marketing, or ticketing. An exciting part of this Portal will be that Partners will get access to our deployment API to deliver our solutions faster and in a more structured way.
