Here’s what you need to know
We’re really excited to have you all there! Due to maximum capacity of the venues, combined with the fact that we want to create an inclusive experience for all our Partners, we would like to invite a maximum of two individuals from each Partner. If you would like more than two delegates from your organization, please email partners@anywhere365.net.
Date & Location
10 and 11th October at World Heritage Site Van Nelle Fabriek, Rotterdam.
Time
Starting from 10am on the 10th, the event will close at 4.30pm on the 11th.
Costs
Free to attend for Accredited Partners (495 euro per person for other individuals). Anywhere365 reserve the right to charge the attendance fee to individuals who cancel their attendance with less than 14 days notice.
Travel
Travel and accommodation expenses and organization to and from the event is the Partner’s responsibility.
Hotels
We have event rates with the Room Mate Bruno Hotel and Inntel Hotel – we can share these with you once your registration is confirmed.
