Anywhere365 Skyrockets Growth in Scandinavia

Anywhere365, the leading cloud-based contact center and dialogue management platform for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, is growing rapidly in Scandinavia and is reinforcing its footprint in the region. The company, with Nordic customers like Volvo and LEGO, hired Magnus Jansson to lead its further regional growth.

Scandinavian Countries in Global Top-20 of Microsoft Teams usage

 

Anywhere365 has grown rapidly in the Nordics between 2020-2022, influenced by two macro factors. The first is the skyrocketed usage of Microsoft Teams, said CEO Enrico Karsten. “Denmark (6), Finland (9) Norway (11) and Sweden (12) are all in the global top-20 countries with most dense use of Microsoft Teams. This increases the appetite for a new communications ecosystem, with our Dialogue Cloud solutions as a communication layer on top of Microsoft Teams.”

 

Innovating Customer Engagement

Another driver of growth is found in the innovative character of Nordic businesses. Karsten: “With contact center agent attrition rates moving to a new high of up to 65% or even 80% across some verticals, Nordic companies embrace new customer engagement strategies. Instead of growing their contact centers, they turn to what we call Dialogue Management. You can simply enable every Teams-powered user in the organization to become part of any customer interaction. And it’s paying off in terms of happier customers and higher productivity.”

Appointing Magnus Jansson as Regional Leader

To establish further growth the company decided it needed boots on the ground. “I’m very happy to announce Magnus’ start as regional leader,” said Karsten. “He brings a wealth of experience in the unified communication space and has a great network.
