
New Award: Most Innovative Cloud Contact Center Platform of 2022
It’s always great to win an award, but I’m even happier to announce that we received confirmation to prolong the title of Most Innovative Cloud-Based Contact Center Platform in the 2022 Global Excellence Awards for the second year in a row. I know the team here is putting in a lot of hard work, together with our partners and customers. You all continue to amaze me and make me feel so proud!
Anywhere365® is growing extremely fast. And I’m happy to see our great team, great partners and great product making a difference on a global scale. With so much resilience and dedication to make this company better every day. So, I dedicate this award to all of you: teamwork DOES make the dream work! Thank you all so much for being part of – and largely influencing – our growth journey!
Not A Contact Center Vendor
If you know me a bit, you may imagine that I’m also struggling with this award. After all, Anywhere365® is not a contact center vendor. Our vision, my very own conviction, goes way beyond the contact center, and we call it Dialogue Management.
We don’t believe in growing your contact center, we believe in managing time as a warehouse of perishable goods. Focusing on time as an asset – not technology as a solution – enables us to redefine what’s possible for business and transform experiences for their customers.
It’s about growing the intelligence in your business communications and reduce unnecessary dialogues to win time for both the business and customers.

Managing Dialogues As A Warehouse of Time
The future of contact center is not about the contact center. It is about a collective responsibility to manage all dialogues in the enterprise as a warehouse of time.
Working with a UC platform such as Microsoft Teams enables everyone in an organization to become part of that warehouse and of any dialogue. Aided by Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and other data informed technologies.
Nonetheless, let me repeat that I am thrilled about this prolongued award as Most Innovative Cloud-Based Contact Center Platform of 2022. Even though it’s “just” about the contact center.
